1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Musajala (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

2. User Content

You retain all your ownership rights in your User Content (poetry and text). However, by submitting User Content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that User Content in connection with the App's operation.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App to:

• Submit material that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or illegal.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
